Khalid El-Kaissi is an economic and financial advisor, researcher, scholar, writer, and web content developer. Khalid has amassed a wide and versatile educational base, attaining an MBA from Glion Institute of Higher Education Switzerland, a MSc in Global Politics in Durham University and a MSc in Economics, Risk and Society at the London School of Economics (LSE).
Khalid's experiences span over a number of years working with major corporations, like Nestle, advisory companies, like Colliers International. Over the past few years, Khalid has grown within the financial sector, working in brokerages and private funds, as a financial strategic advisor handling significant stock portfolios and managing large teams analysing and developing risk assessments, investments, proposals, and signals dealing with equity markets.
As a seasoned trader and investor himself, Khalid provides guidance, education and advisory to private individuals and large companies or organizations on where to spot the best opportunities for investments and for generating a healthy return on investment within the global financial markets.

Theodore is a Public Policy Professional with policy, public affairs and operational experience at Amazon. Theodore has completed two masters degrees and majored in Global Politics from Durham University and Public Policy at the London School of Economics.
Theodore has been advising Amazon on UK politics and policies, and its implications on their business and customers. He has championed Amazons reputation with politicians and their desire to be a force for good, while providing the company with expertise on the political context in the UK through understanding the policy and regulatory agenda and what it means for Amazon's commercial strategy and customers. This involved identifying risk and opportunities that impact Amazon's long term agenda, whilst advancing Amazons reputation with policymakers to advance their understanding of Amazons economic impact and wider contribution
Milan Varda

Milan is a junior researcher and PhD student at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. He holds a MSc in Global Politics from Durham University and was involved in a number initiatives like working as a journalist for the public policy journal. He has worked for various UN agencies and NGOs, gaining extensive experiences on how institutions are run and how they operate on the field. His main interests are within global governance and international security.

Peter has a diverse analytical experience in IT including start-ups, medium companies and big corporations where his roles ranged from subordinate to managerial positions. In the past, Peter has also worked along with legislative bodies to host The Annual All-Russian Conference "Young Technicians and Inventors", a think-tank whose main objective to create a golden pool of young inventors from schools all over the country, including people with impaired mobility and orphans.
On top of that, his work ethic is built both by solid academical and professional environments, including Moscow State Institute of International Relations & Durham University, Y-Combinator Start-up School and Google Data Analytics programme. Over the years, he accumulated vast experience of scrum-management, Business/Systems, Product & Data analytics as well as advanced understanding of diplomacy and international relations.
